Story Arc: Ghosts and Symbols
Title: Click
Summary: Meet Click--Simon's ghost friend.

(Text at the bottom:
Truth be told, being a ghost really, really sucks. It's only the walking-through-walls thing that makes it okay.

Meet Click. Despite that not being his real name, Click got his name when he met Simon. Also considering the fact that Click likes making a clicking sound (what else), Simon found no other name suitable for him at that time. Click is a ghost--a 600-year-old ghost lurking in the apartment Simon lives in, namedly Room 402--Simon's room.

Click has a bit of a memory problem. Okay, not a bit--but a HUGE memory problem. He's forgotten much of his past life, this including his name. Knowing this, he can forget things on many numerous occasions--usually to the chagrin of Simon. He's mildly ignorant about many things, and usually tends to assert what he believes to be as true, pushing his own opinions through with much convincement (even if at times he knows that his opinions are wrong). Sometimes he may appear as an emotionless entity--someone completely devoid of his feelings, an empty shell of what used to be a young, carefree boy.

But then of course, Simon saw something in him that made him want to know Click better--and vice versa.

Simon saw through the seemingly emotionless appearance that Click had and saw a ghost--a boy--who, among so many things, just wants to be loved. Saying that he's lacked a feeling of being loved for so long, Simon finds it in himself to give Click a chance. And ever since then--they've been inseparable. One other thing about Click is his loyalty. He may not be the sharpest pencil in the box, but he's the most loyal one you'll ever find. It also may not be wise to cross him; while Click admits to having abilities even he doesn't know much about, he knows that he may as well inflict a lot of damage towards anyone who crosses his path. Keep this in mind whenever you think of harming him--or even his friends.

And then there's what Click saw in Simon. While he may have forgotten much about his past life, he remembers vaguely memories about having a brother--and Simon, strangely enough, reminds Click of his brother--down to his personality. There and then, he's convinced that Simon must be his brother, and he swears that he would never let him go--

He was all that Simon had from his mysterious past.

Oooh! You are really making me hope for a story in this story arc soon! I really like the characters you have.

Poor Click. I'm glad he and Simon managed to find each other though. Sounds like they both needed someone.

Seconded, please write some fic for these characters soon! This arc looks set to be fantastic.

Click's quote also sounds like it'd make a good icon. I don't know why, it just seemed right.

Awwwww. How sad. :( Click kind of reminds me of Dory from Finding Nemo, in a way. I love the way you colored him, it's very ghost-like.
