When I get the e-mail, I bounce up and down in my chair, read it twice, and text Rosie: PenWorks magazine is printing my story!!

I find Tony in the kitchen next, and wait impatiently for him to get off the phone. He hugs me when I tell him.

"That's so cool! I'm so happy for you!"

"Who were you talking to?" I ask.

"Oh, um…this music blog saw my video! I guess they want to do an interview?"

"That's amazing!" I say. And it is, but I can't hush the voice that says Fuck, yours is better.




So Tony recorded a song and made a music video with a friend that went ~viral. But anyway, I feel like this is a nutshell-take on half of Levee's relationship issues :P Also I made up the name of the lit mag but haven't googled it to see if it exists yet…
